个性化护理干预心绞痛患者的临床效果体会

摘　　要：目的:评价个性化护理干预对心绞痛患者的影响。方法:选择住院治疗90例心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组、实验组,分别采取常规护理、个性化护理。对比两组心绞痛患者临床疗效、生活质量情况、护理工作满意度。结果:实验组心绞痛患者治疗总有效率、护理满意度以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:个性化护理干预可以提高心绞痛患者的生活质量以及治疗效果,具有护理实施价值。objective:to evaluate the effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with angina pectoris.Methods:90 patients with angina pectoris were selected in the hospital,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Compared the clinical efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of two groups of angina pectoris.Results:the total effective rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were all higher than the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:individualized nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris and its therapeutic effect,which has the value of nursing implementation.
