一例上颌窦深部异物患者的急救护理

摘　　要：报告一例上颌窦深部异物患者的急救护理。护理关键在于术前做好异物毗邻血管划破出血的预防及应急预案,重视患者的心理疏导。术后做好气道护理管理。本病例成功救治,无任何并发症,住院16天,治愈出院。A case of first aid nursing of the patients with deep foreign body in the maxillary sinus was reported.The key to nursing is to do well before the operation of the prevention and emergency preparedness of blood vessels adjacent to the adjacent blood vessels,and to pay attention to the psychological guidance of the patients.After the operation,the management of airway nursing was done well.This case was successfully treated with no complications and 16 days in hospital and cured.
