自体血清治疗创伤性颅脑损伤术后植物生存状态暴露性结膜炎患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探究使用自体血清点眼治疗创伤性颅脑损伤术后暴露性结膜炎的疗效及护理方法。方法对11例创伤性颅脑损伤术后暴露性结膜炎的患者应用血清治疗护理,对效果进行观察。根据结膜印迹细胞学检查(eonjunetival impression cytology,CIC)进行评定。结果11例患者CIC分级于40~48小时均可达到2级,90~96小时均可达到1级,120~144小时均为0级,达到愈合,并给予跟踪随访1个月,11例患者均未复发。结论自体血清治疗创伤性颅脑损伤术后植物生存状态暴露性结膜炎有明显的疗效,在临床中建议推广使用。Objective:To explore the efficacy and nursing methods of treating the postoperative exposure conjunctivitis for traumatic brain injury by using eye droppings of autoserum.Methods:11 cases of patients with postoperative exposure conjunctivitis for traumatic brain injury were treated with serum.The effects were observed and evaluated according to conjunctival impression cytology,CIC.Results:CIC grading for 11 cases of patients:Grade 2 at 40 h^48 h;Grade 1 at 90 h^96 h;Grade 0(healing)at 120 h^144 h.Eleven patients were visited for 1 month without relapse.Conclusion:it is of significant effects to treat postoperative exposure conjunctivitis for traumatic brain injury under vegetative state by using autoserum.It is recommended to widely apply it in clinical treatment.
