早期护理干预在脑梗塞患者语言、肢体康复中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨早期护理干预在脑梗塞患者语言、肢体康复中的应用效果。方法选取我科收治的74例脑梗塞患者,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=38),对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组给予早期护理干预,对比分析两组患者语言、肢体功能恢复情况及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者的语言、肢体功能评分及治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗塞患者进行早期护理干预,可有效改善患者的语言、肢体功能,提升治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on language and limb rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 74 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our department were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=38)by random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received early nursing intervention,Comparative analysis of two groups of patients language,limb function recovery and treatment.Results The language,physical function score and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the patient’s language and limb function,improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
