程序式功能锻炼表结合视频教育对乳癌术后上肢功能康复和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨程序式功能锻炼表结合视频教育对乳癌术后上肢功能康复和生活质量的应用效果。方法:收集我院2016年3月~2017年6月收治的患者96例,按分病区收治法将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受常规康复治疗,对比两组的功能锻炼技能掌握情况,患肢活动度,患肢肢功能康复情况,生活质量改善情况及术后功能锻炼依从性。结果:观察组功能锻炼技能掌握情况,患肢活动度,患肢肢功能康复情况,生活质量改善情况及术后功能锻炼依从性。均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:程序式功能锻炼表结合视频教育能提高功能锻炼技能掌握促进患肢功能康复,改善患者生活质量及提升术后功能锻炼依从性。Objective The application effect of video education on function recovery and quality of life after breast cancer was discussed.Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the division of disease control.Control group accepted routine rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of functional exercise skill mastery,limb activity,limb limb function recovery,improve the quality of life and postoperative functional exercise adherence.Results The function of the observation group was controlled by the function of the function,the activity degree of the limb,the function of the limb function,the improvement of quality of life and the compliance of the postoperative functional exercise.Both were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Concl Combined with video education,the programmed functional exercise chart can improve the function of functional exercise,improve the function of the patients,improve the quality of life and improve the compliance of functional exercise after surgery.
