人性化护理管理在护理操作培训中的效果评价

摘  要:目的:观察人性化护理管理在提高儿科护士操作培训依从性的应用效果。方法:对临床护理操作的培训模式、时间、内容、方式以及考核频率进行问卷调查,根据结果,对操作培训实施人性化护理管理,并观察效果。结果:实施人性化管理后培训考核依从性及操作考核细节合格率均优于人性化管理前,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用人性化护理管理的操作培训方法提高了护士操作培训的依从性,提高了护理操作水平。Objection:Observe the humanized nursing management in improving the application effect of pediatric nurses operating training compliance.Method:Training of clinical nursing operation mode,time,content,methods and assessment frequency questionnaire survey.According to the results of carrying out the humanized nursing management,operation training and observation results.Result:The implementation of human management of training and examination of compliance and operation examination qualified rate was better than the details of the humanized management,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Using the operation training method of humanized nursing management and improve the compliance of operation training of nurses,improve the level of nursing operation.
