责任小组模式下的整体护理在手术室中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨责任小组模式下的整体护理在手术室中的应用效果。方法:将144例在我院择期手术的患者分为两组,研究组采用责任小组模式下的整体护理方式,对照组采用手术室常规护理方式。对比两组干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、依从性评分变化情况,对比两组患者出院时满意度。结果:研究组干预后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、依从性评分显著低于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(t=13.079、t=13.275、t=5.457,P<0.05);研究组出院时满意度(98.61%)显著高于对照组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.878,P<0.05)。结论:采用责任小组模式下的整体护理方式干预择期手术的患者,能有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者满意度,有助于保证患者手术顺利进行及维持良好的护患关系。Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing care in operation room in the mode of responsibility group.Methods:144 patients with elective surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups.The research group used the holistic nursing care under the mode of responsibility group.The control group used the routine nursing in operation room.The change of HAMD score,HAMA score and compliance score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Compared with the two groups of patients satisfaction.Results:the HAMA score,HAMD score and compliance score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention.The difference was statistically significant(t=21.407,18.793,13.811,10.438,7.548,9.565,P<0.05).The HAMA score,HAMD score and compliance score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Difference was statistically significant(t=13.079,13.275,5.457,P<0.05).Satisfaction at hospital discharge(98.61%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%).The difference was statistically significant(x2=6.878,P<0.05).Conclusion:the holistic nursing care of patients undergoing elective surgery can effectively relieve patients’negative emotions,improve patient satisfaction,and help to ensure the smooth operation of patients and maintain good relationship between doctors and patients.
