术中CT灌注成像在颈动脉内膜剥脱手术中应用的护理管理

摘　　要：目的通过对我院术中CT灌注成像在颈动脉内膜剥脱手术中应用的护理管理,提高护理质量;方法选取我院神经外科行颈内动脉内膜剥脱术患者11例为研究对象,分析手术物品准备、术中配合要点、术后器械管理等护理缓解,总结成功的护理经验;结果手术全部顺利完成,配合满意;结论护士充分的术前准备,术中精准配合,术后规范器械管理,是保证术中CT灌注成像在颈动脉内膜剥脱手术顺利进行的关键。objective retrospective analysis of 11 cases of intraoperative CT perfusion imaging in carotid intima stripped application of nursing management in the operation,improve the quality of care;Methods select our hospital neurosurgery line in September 2015 and December 11 patients with internal carotid artery lining peeling technique as the research object,were retrospectively analyzed surgical items preparation,intraoperative matching points,postoperative nursing ease of equipment management,summarize the nursing experience of success;Results all operation is completed,with satisfaction;Conclusion nurses sufficient preoperative preparation,intraoperative precise coordination,postoperative standardize equipment management,is the guarantee of CT perfusion imaging in carotid intima stripped the key to smoothly.
