临床路径结合康复综合管理措施对脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析临床路径结合康复综合管理措施对脊髓损伤患者膀胱功能的影响。方法选择2016年9月—2017年9月我院所接收的80例脊髓损伤患者进行研究。按照随机数表方法,将患者随机均分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。在同等基础支持治疗的方法上,对照组采用传统治疗和护理疗法,观察组采用临床路径结合康复综合管理方法,分析比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者在经过治疗后轻触觉评分、针刺觉评分及运动评分都明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且其治疗后的日常生活活动能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间、住院花费及治疗的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的自主排尿时间、残余尿量和尿路感染发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脊髓损伤患者进行临床路径结合康复综合管理,患者住院时间短、花费少、治疗满意率高,值得在临床应用推广。Objective To study the effect of clinical pathway combined with rehabilitation comprehensive management measures on bladder function in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 80 patients with spinal cord injury received by our hospital from September,2016 to September 2017 were selected.According to the method of random number table,patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).With the same basic treatment method,the control group was adopted by the traditional treatment and nursing care,and the observation group was adopted by the clinical path combined with the comprehensive management method of rehabilitation,then we analyzed and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The light touch grade,acupuncture and sports scores of the observation group after treatment in patients were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ability of daily life activities is was superior to control group after treatment(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,hospitalization expense and satisfaction rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of autonomic urination,residual urine and urinary tract infection in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway of patients with spinal cord injury is combined with rehabilitation and comprehensive management.The patient has a short hospital stay,low cost and high satisfaction rate,which is worth promoting in clinical application.
