浅谈规范化培训在提高结核科内镜室护理人员风险防范意识的作用

摘　　要：目的:研究结核科内镜室存在的高危风险,采取规范化培训,提高护理人员自我防范意识。方法:本次研究活动的对象是2017年1月-2017年12月期间在内镜室工作的8名护理人员。采用自制调查问卷,了解培训前、后护理人员风险防范意识掌握情况,通过跟班检查,将8名护理人员的自我防护措施落实情况进行登记和统计,提出改进措施。结果:进行规范化培训后,护理人员对内镜室的危险因素有所了解,风险防范意识均较培训前有所提高。结论:在结核科内镜室开展规范化培训管理的效果显著,不仅提高了护理人员风险防范意识,而且提高了整体护理质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:to study the high risk of endoscopes in Tuberculosis Department,take standardized training and raise nursing staff’s awareness of self-prevention.Methods:the subjects of this study were 8 nurses who worked in the endoscope room from January 2017 to December 2017.Self-made questionnaire was used to understand the training before training.After nursing staff grasped the awareness of risk prevention,the implementation of self-protection measures of 8 nursing staff was registered and counted through follow-up inspection,and the improvement measures were put forward.Results:after the standardized training,the risk prevention consciousness of nursing staff was improved compared with that before training.Conclusion:the standardized training management in endoscopy room of tuberculosis department is effective,which not only improves the risk prevention consciousness of nursing staff,but also improves the quality of holistic nursing care,and it has higher clinical application value.
