运动训练对低肺功能肺癌患者手术耐受性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究运动训练对低肺功能肺癌患者手术耐受性的影响。方法:自我院随机选取150例低肺功能肺癌患者,均实施手术治疗,选取时间2016年8月至2017年7月,利用抽签法分组,观察组75例行运动训练,观察组75例不行运动训练。结果:观察组患者氧疗时间(73.8±8.14)h、机械通气时间(9.5±1.2)h和术后住院天数(11.7±1.0)d均明显更优于对照组患者,观察组患者运动训练后静态肺功能、VO2max明显更优于训练前,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:运动训练可明显提高低肺功能肺癌患者手术耐受性。Objective:To investigate the effect of exercise training on the surgical tolerance of lung cancer patients with low lung function.Methods:A total of 150 patients with lung cancer with low lung function were selected randomly from our hospital.All the patients were treated by surgery.The time period from August 2016 to July 2017 was drawn by lottery.The observation group received 75 exercise training and the observation group 75 without exercise training.Results:Oxygen therapy time(73.8±8.14)h,mechanical ventilation time(9.5±1.2)h and postoperative hospital stay(11.7±1.0)days in observation group were significantly better than those in control group.Static lung Function,VO2max significantly better than before training,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise training can significantly improve the surgical tolerance of lung cancer patients with low lung function.
