一种记忆回弹型体位垫在侧俯卧位手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种记忆回弹型体位垫在侧俯卧位手术中的应用效果。方法:将2016年1月至2016年6月期间160例ERCP诊疗患者随机分为对照组和实验组各80例。对照组采用传统的体位安置方法,实验组采用记忆回弹型体位垫安置侧俯卧位。比较两组体位安置时间、术后皮肤压红、病人的舒适度、与医生的配合度等情况进行比较。结果:实验组与对照组比较,实验组在体位安置时间、术后皮肤压红、病人的舒适度、与医生的配合度明显优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:记忆回弹型体位垫可以节省侧俯卧位手术的安置时间,改善皮肤受压的情况,提高病人的舒适度,可以提高与医生的配合度,可以应用于侧俯卧位手术患者。Objective:Type a memory springback position pad application in contralateral prone position surgery effect.Methods:Will during January 2016 to June 2016,160 cases of ERCP diagnosis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 80 cases each.Control group using traditional position placement method,the experimental group uses the memory type springback position mat placed side prone position.Compare two groups of position placement time,red skin pressure after operation,the patient’s comfort,comparing with the doctor’s cooperation degree,and so on and so forth.Result:The experimental group compared with control group,experimental group put time in position,press the skin red after operation,the patient’s comfort,cooperate with the doctor’s degree is better than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Memory type springback position pad can save side placed prone position surgery time,improve the condition of skin pressure,improve patient comfort,can improve the cooperate with the doctor’s degrees,can be applied in contralateral prone position surgery patients.
