重型颅脑损伤患者采用亚低温治疗对其颅内压及生化指标的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:分析重型颅脑损伤患者采用亚低温治疗对其颅内压及生化指标的影响。方法:选择2012年2月至2017年3月在我院接受治疗的重症颅脑损伤患者130例作为本次研究对象。按照随机数字法将130例患者分为实验组与常规组。两组患者均在入院之后接受手术治疗措施,实验组在常规组基础上采用亚低温进行治疗。对比两组患者在治疗后的颅内压以及生化指标。结果:治疗前两组患者的颅内压数据无明显差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第1天、3天、一周时实验组患者的颅内压状况均显著优于常规组,数据差异均显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的多项脑血流指标显著优于常规组,多项数据差异均显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤患者采用亚低温治疗对其颅内压及生化指标的影响显著,具备操作简便、减压见效速度快且彻底等优势,是重症颅脑损伤的有效治疗方式之一,值得临床推广。objective:to analyze the effect of hypothermia treatment on intracranial pressure and biochemical indexes in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Metho ds:130 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random numb er method,130 patients were divided into experimental group and routine group.Both groups were treated with surgical treatment after admission,and the experimental group wa s treated with hypothermia on the basis of the conventional group.The intracranial pressure and biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:there was no signi ficant difference in intracranial pressure data between the two groups before treatment,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the intracranial pressure o f the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group in the first day,3 days and a week after treatment.The data difference was significant and statis tically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,multiple cerebral blood flow indexes were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and many data differenc es were significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:patients with severe head injury using the low temperature treatment of the intracranial pressure and the in fluence of biochemical indicators,a convenient operation,fast decompression effect and advantages of thoroughly,is one of the effective treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,w orth clinical promotion.
