全程人文关怀在外周血造血干细胞采集管理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀在外周血造血干细胞采集中的应用管理效果方法选择西安交通大学第一附属医院血液科2015年4月到2017年5月期间进行外周血造血干细胞采集的患者100例,将其随机分为两组,观察组50例,采用人文关怀全程护理;对照组50例,采用常规护理。比较两组外周血干细胞采集患者的不良反应发生率、采集达标率及护理满意率的差异。结果观察组的不良反应发生率为6%,对照组的不良反应发生率为28%,两组之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者2次内采集达标率为100%,对照组2次内采集达标率为76%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者或供着对护理满意度为98,对照组的护理满意度为84,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血干细胞采集中实施全程文人关怀护理后可显著提高患者护理满意率,提高采集达标率,降低患者不良反应发生率,从而提高外周血干细胞的采集质量,提高护理满意率,对患者移植是否成功起到了决定性的作用。Objective To explore the effects of application of humanistic care in the peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell collection.Method 100 cases of patients under stem cell collection in the first affiliated hospital of xi’an jiaotong university from April 2014 to May 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in observation group were underwent humanistic care during the process of collection,while control group were underwent the routine nursing care.Incidence of adverse reactions,the acquisition success rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups..Results The incidence of adverse reactions were 6%and 28%in observation group and control group respectively.There is significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The cquisition success rates among twice collection were 100%and 76%in observation group and control group respectively.There is significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).TObservation group of patients within two the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates were 98%and 84%in observation group and control group respectively.There is significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)..Conclusion Applicaitong of humanstic care in peripheral blood stem cell collection can significantly improve patient satisfaction and the acquisition success rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so as to improve the quality of peripheral blood stem cell collection,improve nursing satisfaction,and it plays a decisive role in transplantation.
