高血压优质护理服务模式分析

摘  要:目的:总结对高血压患者实施优质护理服务模式的价值。方法:选择我院收治(2017年)的高血压患者102例,随机分为对照组、观察组,分别采取常规护理、优质护理服务模式,干预4周后对比两组患者疗效情况、血压情况、情绪情况。结果:组间临床疗效、舒张压以及收缩压水平、焦虑以及抑郁情绪评分对比,观察组均优于对照组P<0.05。结论:对比常规护理,优质护理服务利于患者血压水平、情绪的改善,提高治疗效果,具有实施价值。objective:to summarize the value of implementing quality nursing service model for patients with hypertension.Methods:our hospital(2017),102 cases of hypertension patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group,routine nursing were taken respectively,the high quality nursing service mode,intervention efficacy compared two groups of patients after 4 weeks,blood pressure,mood.Results:the clinical efficacy,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,anxiety and depression scores were compared in the group,and the observation group was better than the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:compared with the routine nursing,the quality nursing service is beneficial to the improvement of blood pressure level and mood,improving the therapeutic effect and the implementation value.
