探讨舒适护理在神经内科护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究舒适护理在神经内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法本组研究对象为我院神经内科2016年1月--2018年1期间收治的134例患者,随机分为观察组(67例)和对照组(67例)。照组患者给予常规的护理方法,而观察组的患者则实施舒适护理,对比分析两组患者护理满意度。结果护理满意度观察组护理满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的89.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于神经内科可以提高病人的满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in neurology nursing.Methods the subjects of this study were 134 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital during 1--2018 January 2016.They were randomly divided into observation group(67 cases)and control group(67 cases).The patients in the observation group were given routine nursing care while the patients in the observation group were given comfort care,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results the satisfaction rate of nursing satisfaction observation group was 100%,significantly higher than that of the control group(89.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of comfortable nursing in neurology can improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
