摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心衰的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性充血性心衰患者112例,随机分为两组。治疗组56例在西药常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用强心1号汤治疗,对照组56例单纯应用常规西药抗心衰治疗,两组均治疗8周。结果:治疗组临床总有效率、中医证候改善有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后心功指标、6min步行试验均显著改善,但治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭能有效缓解临床症状,改善心功能,提高运动耐量。Objective:This study was to evaluate the efficacy of combination therapy with traditional Chinese Medicine and standard care for treating chronic heart failure.Method:Patients with chronic heart failure(112)were randomized to two groups,with 56 patients in the treatment group and 56 patients in the control group.The treatment group received the combination therapy with Yan Ji Lin#1 formulation of Chinese medicine plus standard care.The control group received standard care only.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Clinical efficacy was assessed by the overall response rate,heart function test,clinical symptoms,and 6-min walk test.Results:The combination treatment group showed significantly better overall response rate as compared to the control group(T-test,P<0.05).The heart function test,clinical symptoms,and 6-min walk test were significantly improved in both groups,but the degree of improvement was significantly better in the combination treatment group as compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and standard care was efficacious in the treatment of chronic heart failure in terms of improving clinical symptoms,heart function,and exercise tolerance.
