Foley导尿管水囊联合催产素在足月妊娠引产的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较Foley导尿管水囊联合催产素与地诺前列酮栓在妊娠足月的初产妇引产的安全性及有效性。方法:选择本院2016年1月至2017年6月共87例拟引产、且宫颈Bishop评分≤4分的妊娠足月初产妇,随机分为Foley导尿管水囊组(46例)与地诺前列酮栓组(41例)。比较两组引产效果。结果:两组初产妇的引产成功率、过强宫缩发生率、羊水III°发生率以及新生儿Apger评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Foley导尿管水囊组比地诺前列酮栓组引产至临产时间长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Foley导尿管水囊联合催产素引产,可取得与地诺前列酮栓引产相似的引产成功率,更接近于自然临产的过程。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of Foley catheter(FC)united oxytoncin and the suppository of Dinoprostone Suppositories(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)in labor induction of primiparas with full-term pregnancy.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,87 primiparas in department of Obstetrics,who were needed Labor Induction,and their cervix Bishop’score≤4’,they were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:the group of FC(46 cases)and the group of PGE2.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results the success rate of labor induction,the rate of uterine excessive contraction,the rate of amniotic fluid III and the score of new arrivals’Apger between the two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the time of labor induction to parturient in the group of FC was long than the group of PGE2,it is also significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Using Foley catheter and oxytoncin in labor induction of primiparas can acquire the result that is similar to the success rate of labor induction using Dinoprostone Suppositories.using Foley catheter and oxytoncin in labor induction more close to parturient nature.
