硝酸异山梨酯针治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭86例疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的:分析微量泵注射硝酸异山梨酯针治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭86例护理效果。方法:选取2016年7月~2017年7月我院接诊的86例肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例,所有患者均行微量泵注射硝酸异山梨酯针治疗,观察组患者加以针对性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理方式。结果:经护理后,观察组患者相比于对照组患者心率、血压、脉搏等各项指标有明显改善,组间对比差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率为67.44%,观察组治愈总有效率显著高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(X2=11.06,P<0.05)。结论:微量泵注射硝酸异山梨酯针治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭效果明显,加以施行护理干预有利于改善患者临床症状,提高治疗的效率,减少不良反应发生,促使患者早日康复。Objective:to analyze the micro pump injection of isosorb ide dinitrate needle for treatment of pulmonary heart disease heart failure 86 cases nursing effect.Methods:July 2016~2017 year in July in our hospital 86 cases of pulmonary heart disease heart failure patients as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each,all patients underwent micro pump injection of isosorbide dinitrate needle therapy,patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention,the control group were given routine nursing methods.Results:after nursing,patients in the observation group than the control group of patients with heart rate,blood pressure,pulse and other indicators have improved significantly,The differences between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05;the total efficiency of the observation group was 95.35%,control group total effective rate was 67.44%,the total efficiency of the observation group cure was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistically significant difference(X2=11.06,P<0.05).Conclusion:the micro pump injection of isosorbide dinitrate acupuncture in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease heart failure effect is obvious,to the implementation of nursing intervention can improve clinical symptoms,improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,promote early rehabilitation of patients.
