200例高血压脑出血患者规范化治疗方案的建立及生存质量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨200例高血压脑出血患者规范化治疗方案的建立及生存质量状况。方法:收集2014年10月至2016年10月来我院就诊的高血压脑出血患者200例,依据影像学诊断结果确定其中86例为并发脑疝患者,114例为未并发脑疝患者。基于诊断结果,分别对两组给予不同的规范化治疗方案。观察分析两组患者的生存质量情况。结果:并发脑疝组与未并发脑疝组患者应用本研究中所采用的治疗方案后,均取得了较好的临床疗效,同时,并发症发生率较低,NIHSS与GOS评分显示生存质量较高。结论:本研究中所建立的两套规范化治疗方案均疗效显著,且同时能够很好的保证高血压脑出血患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the establishment of standardized treatment and quality of life in 200 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:200 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were collected.According to the results of imaging diagnosis,among them,there were 86 patients with cerebral hernia complicated by cerebral hernia,and the other one in 114 cases.Based on the diagnostic results,two groups were given different standardized treatment programs.The quality of life of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:brain hernia group and no complicated cerebral hernia patients used in this study were obtained after treatment,the clinical curative effect,good at the same time,the complication rate is low,NIHSS and GOS score showed that the high quality of life.Conclusion:the two sets of standardized treatment program established in this study are effective,and can ensure the quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,it is worthy of clinical application.
