耳内窥镜下中耳置管治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察及对患者气导听阈与骨导听阈的影响

摘　　要：目的研究耳内窥镜下中耳置管治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察及对患者气导听阈与骨导听阈的影响。方法选取2015年5月-2017年1月我院收治的40例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组应用硬管耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗,研究组应用耳内窥镜下中耳置管治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后患者气导听阈与骨导听阈的变化。结果研究组患者有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者通气管无脱落、听力通畅以及置管成功率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者气导听阈和骨导听阈显著低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论采用耳内窥镜下中耳置管治疗分泌性中耳炎,能够改善患者的气导听阈和骨导听阈。值得在临床治疗过程的当中进一步推广使用。Objective:To investigate the curative effect observation of medial ear catheterization under ear endoscope to treat secretory otitis media and its effect on air conduction audibility threshold as well as bone conduction audibility threshold.Methods:40 patients which were admitted to our hospital due to secretory otitis media from May 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,the patients in the control group were given eardrum catheterization treatment under rigid endoscopes,the patients in the study group were given medial ear catheterization treatment under ear endoscope.Comparing the curative effect and air conduction audibility threshold as well as bone conduction audibility threshold changes before and after the treatment in two groups.Results:The effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The non exfoliation,hearing and catheterization rate of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The air conduction hearing threshold and bone conduction threshold in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of otitis media with otitis media under endoscope can improve the conduction threshold and conduction threshold.It is worthy of further promotion in clinical treatment.
