医用热封机性能自制测试液在消毒供应中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究在消毒供应中医用热封机性能自制测试液的应用效果。方法在消毒供应中心(CSSD)封口机闭合完好的条件下,研究医用热封机性能自制测试液的性能,并与德国联合纸业公司(泰瑞琳)的同类测试液进行对比分析,明确这两种测试液的实用性差异。结果对比抽样分析表明,自制热封机性能测试液能简便、有效、可靠地识别闭合异常的样品,准确率达100%.结论医用热封机性能自制测试液能更方便和可靠地检测热封机的密封完好性能,并节约医疗成本,对于医疗机构选择检测液具有重要的参考价值。Objective To study the application effect of self-made test liquid for medical heat sealer in disinfection supply.Methods Under the condition that the disinfection supply center(CSSD)sealer was fully closed,the performance of the self-made test fluid for the medical heat sealer was studied,and a comparative analysis was performed with the same test fluid from German Union Paper(Terry).The difference in practicality of the two test fluids.Results The comparative sampling analysis showed that the self-made heat sealer performance test fluid can easily,effectively and reliably identify abnormal closed samples with an accuracy rate of 100%.Conclusion The self-made test fluid can be used to detect the heat seal more easily and reliably.The sealed performance of the machine and the saving of medical costs are important reference values for the medical institution to select the test solution.
