雷火灸治疗乳腺囊性增生的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸在治疗乳腺囊性增生中的临床应用。方法将乳腺囊性增生患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组予口服消乳散结胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上加用雷火灸。观察二组治疗效果、复发率及治疗前后症状及体征变化。结果在治疗3个月经周期后,观察组患者治疗总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后乳房肿块、乳房疼痛、伴随症状明显优于对照组(P<0.05),随访6~12个月,两组的复发率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用雷火灸治疗乳腺增生,能够获得令人满意的疗效,有效提高患者的生活质量,显示良好的应用前景,值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the clinical application of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods 100 cases of breast cystic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with oral powder capsule,and the observation group was treated with thunder and moxibustion on the basis of the treatment group.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and symptom and sign changes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results In the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the total efficiency of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group after treatment of breast lumps,breast pain,accompanying symptoms significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),followed up for 6~12 months,the relapse rate of two groups were compared statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of thunder moxibustion and moxibustion on hyperplasia of mammary glands can achieve satisfactory curative effect,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and show a good prospect of application,which deserves further study.
