宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合在妇科临床的应用及康复干预

摘　　要：目的:研究在妇科临床的应用及干预中应用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合的治疗效果。方法:选择我院于2015年3月~2017年3月间收治的88例妇科患者进行研究,采用空强劲与腹腔镜联合手术和干预治疗方式,然后按照不同治疗措施分成对照组、观察组两组。对照组患者共有42例,都采用常规性治疗和干预,观察组共计46例,采用康复干预,密切关注两组患者康复情况并记录下来,对比分析两组患者最终干预效果、并发症发生情况等等。结果:对照组患者优良率为83.33%远远小于观察组的93.48%,对照组并发症发生率为19.05%也明显大于观察组的4.35%,组间比较其差异具有明显统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在妇科临床中采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术与康复干预的治疗效果显著优于常规性治疗和康复干预,改善了患者临床症状,减少了并发症发生,缩短了恢复时间,利于患者康复,值得在妇科临床中应用推广。Objective:To study the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the clinical application and intervention of gynecology.Methods:88 cases of gynecologic patients treated in our hospital in March 2015,~2017 and March were selected to study the gynecologic patients.The methods of combined operation and intervention were carried out by the combination of air strength and laparoscopy,and then divided into two groups in the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment measures.A total of 42 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and intervention,and 46 cases in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation intervention.The rehabilitation of the two groups of patients was closely concerned and recorded.The results of the final intervention and complications in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:the good rate of patients in the control group was 83.33%far less than that of the observation group(93.48%),and the incidence of complications in the control group was 19.05%more than that of the observation group(4.35%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy combined with rehabilitative intervention in gynecologic clinic is better than conventional therapy and rehabilitation intervention.It improves the clinical symptoms,reduces complications,shortens the recovery time,and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the patients.It is worth applying in the clinic of gynecology.
