水凝胶敷贴在静脉留置针固定中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察水凝胶敷贴(舒康博G)在静脉留置针固定中的应用效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组和实验组各60例,对照组在静脉留置针穿刺后先用输液胶贴固定针柄再用透明敷料覆盖固定,实验组则在穿刺后也先用输液胶贴固定针柄,再用水凝胶敷贴覆盖,然后以透明敷料固定;比较两组患者静脉炎的发生率、留置针留置时间的长短、更换敷料的次数。结果:对照组静脉炎发生率为28.33%,实验组静脉炎发生率为6.67%,对照组留置时间显著低于实验组,且更换敷料的次数高于实验组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水凝胶敷贴(舒康博G)在静脉留置针固定中能有效预防静脉炎发生,延长留置针留置使用时间,减少更换敷料次数,从而大大减轻护理工作量。Objective:To observe the application effect of hydrogel applicator(Shu Kangbo G)in venous indwelling needle fixation.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 60 cases in the experimental group.The control group was fixed with the transparent dressing with the infusion glue after the venous indwelling needle puncture.The experimental group then fixed the needle handle with the infusion glue after the puncture,and then covered with the hydrogel application.Then the two groups were compared with the transparent dressing.The two groups were compared.The incidence of phlebitis,the length of indwelling needle and the number of dressing change were also analyzed.Results:the incidence of phlebitis in the control group was 28.33%,the incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was 6.67%,the retention time of the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,and the number of replacement dressings was higher than that in the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the hydrogel application(Shu Kangbo G)can effectively prevent phlebitis in the fixation of venous indwelling needle,prolong the use time of indwelling needle and reduce the number of replacement dressings,thus greatly alleviated the workload of nursing.
