分娩球联合自由体位与常规护理在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:通过一定方式,对比分析分娩球联合自由体位和常规护理在初产妇助产护理中的实际效果。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方法,于2017年2~11月选取我院120例初产妇,将其平均分为A、B两组,各60例,并将A组进行常规的助产护理,B组实行分娩联合自由体位,综合对比两组产妇分娩疼痛情况、产程用时、分娩后心理状态以及分娩的结局等内容。结果:A组产妇分娩的疼痛程度明显高于B组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);B组产妇的产程用时明显低于A组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);B组产妇分娩后心理状态明显比A组良好,差异明显,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);B组产妇分娩后阴道出血量等分娩结局明显优于A组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对初产妇采用分娩球联合自由体位助产效果明显,能够有效地改善初产妇的心理状态,促进产程顺利地进行。Objective:through a certain way,comparative analysis of the effect of delivery ball combined with free position and routine nursing in primipara midwifery care.Methods:a simple random sampling method was used to select 120 primiparas in our hospital in 2~11 month of 2017.They were divided into groups of A and B,each of which were divided into two groups,60 cases each,and the group A carried out regular midwifery nursing.The B group carried out the free postpartum parturition,and compared the two groups of parturition pain,labor process,and post labor psychological state.The outcome of childbirth and so on.Results:the pain degree of parturient in group A was obviously higher than that in group B,the difference was significant(p<0.05),and the birth process of group B was obviously lower than that of group A,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).The psychological state of parturients in B group was obviously better than that in A group,and the difference was significant(p<0.).05)the delivery outcome of vaginal bleeding after delivery in group B was significantly better than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of birth ball combined with free posture in primipara is obvious,which can effectively improve the psychological state of primipara and promote the production process to proceed smoothly.
