系统化护理干预对阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统化护理干预对阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患者康复的影响。方法:采用临床随机对照试验,将90例阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对二组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、生活质量情况、满意度情况、并发症发生率加以比较。结果:护理后观察组满意度97.78%,较对照组的71.11%高,且生活质量、胃肠功能的恢复均优于对照组,并发症发生率较对照组低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统化护理是一种科学的护理方案,更有利于阑尾炎腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复,且其对生活质量、满意度的提高,并发症的减少均有重要意义,值得临床推广应用。Objectve:To discuss the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis.Methods:In a randomized controlled trial,90 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,45 cases each.The gastrointestinal function recovery,quality of life,satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 71.11%of the control group.The quality of life and recovery of gastrointestinal function were better than those of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematized nursing is a scientific nursing program,which is more conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery after appendicitis,and it is of great significance for improvement of quality of life,satisfaction,and reduction of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
