综合护理在卵巢过度刺激征患者护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨综合护理在卵巢过度刺激征患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1月至2017年1月本院患者80例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,两组都为40例,其中对照组采用常规的入院护理,观察组采取综合护理干预措施对其进行护理,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及患者护理后出现不良反应的情况。结果:观察组采取综合护理干预措施对其进行护理,患者的治疗效果明显的比对照组的要好,护理后出现不良反应的也比较少,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:对于卵巢过度刺激征患者,采取综合护理干预措施对其采取护理,不但可以提高治疗的效果,还可以减少患者出现不良反应的情况,可以在今后患者的护理过程中应用。Objective:To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing care of patients with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.Methods:in January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital 80 cases of patients were studied,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of 40 cases,the control group received routine admission nursing,observation group take comprehensive nursing intervention measures of the nursing,observe the adverse reactions of two groups of patients and patients after nursing.Results:the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention measures for nursing care of the patients,the therapeutic effect was significantly better than the control group,nursing adverse reactionWe should have less two groups.Conclusion:P<0.05.for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome patients,take comprehensive nursing intervention measures of the nursing,not only can improve the treatment effect,but also can reduce the adverse reactions in patients with the situation,can be used in the future with the nursing process.
