血液透析护理中控制论的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析血液透析护理中控制论的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月接收的64例需要行血液透析治疗的患者为本次实验研究对象,对照组32例患者给予常规护理,实验组32例给予控制论护理,观察比较两组患者护理诊疗效果。结果:实验组并发症发生例数明显少于对照组(3VS7),(P<0.O5)。实验组患者护理干预后症状自评表(SCL-90)以及简明健康状况量表(SF-36)明显优于对照组,(P<0.O5)。结论:对于血液透析患者给予控制论护理可有效提高血液透析安全性,降低并发症发生率以及应激反应,对改善患者生活质量疗效显著。Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of cybernetics in hemodialysis nursing.Methods:In our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,64 patients who needed hemodialysis were selected as the subjects.The control group,32 patients were given routine nursing.32 patients in the experimental group were given control nursing.The nursing effect of two groups was observed and compared.Results:The number of complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group(3VS7),(P<0.O5).The symptom checklist(SCL-90)and the concise health status scale(SF-36)were obviously superior to the control group after nursing intervention,(P<0.O5).Conclusion:the control nursing for hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the safety of hemodialysis,reduce the incidence of complications and stress reaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
