循证护理在小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中予以循证护理干预的临床价值。方法:回顾分析我院收治的予以常规护理干预的42例对照组患者和予以症护理干预的循证护理干预的42例观察组患者,比较两组小儿患者临床数据并根据数据比较结果分析循证护理干预在小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中的优越性。结果:两组患者有和治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的白细胞计数、蛋白含量、葡萄糖含量、氯化物含量更优(P<0.05);手部疱疹、足部疱疹、口腔溃疡、头痛、呕吐等并发症更低(P<0.05);治愈、显效、有效、无效、总有效率以及护理满意度更高(P<0.05)结论:在临床小儿手足口病合并脑炎护理中,循证护理干预不仅能有效提升小儿患者的临床疗效,还能有效改善小儿患者的脑炎症状,进而达到降低并发症发生率与缩短住院时间等临床效果。Objective:To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of children with hand foot and mouth disease combined with encephalitis.Methods:a retrospective analysis was given routine nursing intervention of 42 cases of patients in the control group and nursing intervention in evidencebased nursing intervention of 42 cases of patients in the observation group,compared two groups of children with clinical data and comparing the results of the data analysis of evidence-based nursing intervention in the superiority of the disease combined with encephalitis in nursing care of pediatric hand foot export.Results:and two groups of patients after treatment,compared with control group,the observation group of white blood cell count,protein content,glucose content,chloride content better(P<0.05);hand foot herpes,herpes,oral ulcers,headache,vomiting and other complications was lower(P<0.05);cure markedly improved effective and ineffective,the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were higher(P<0.05)conclusion:in clinical nursing with encephalitis in children with HFMD,evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical effect of pediatric patients,can effectively improve the symptoms of encephalitis in pediatric patients,so as to reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the hospitalization time.Clinical effect.
