戊乙奎醚治疗有机磷农药中毒与阿托品静脉维持及静脉推注用药方式及疗效的区别

摘　　要：目的:研究分析戊乙奎醚治疗有机磷农药中毒与阿托品静脉维持及静脉推注用药方式及疗效的区别。方法:收集医院2013年9月到2015年9月医院收治的60例有机磷农药中毒患者,按照随机数字表法将这60例患者随机分为2组,每组30人,分别给予戊乙奎醚和阿托品进行治疗。结果:在两组患者入院治疗过程中,戊乙奎醚治疗观察组者用药次数、全血胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间、昏迷时间、症状消失病情恢复时间均显著低于阿托品治疗对照组,而其治疗效果明显优于阿托品治疗对照组(P<0.05);在两组患者不良反应发生情况的比较中,戊乙奎醚治疗观察组出现2例尿潴留、2例视力模糊患者,没有出现心率过快患者,显著低于而阿托品治疗对照组出现的29例心率过快患者、16例尿潴留患者、19例视力模糊患者(P<0.05)。结论:戊乙奎醚治疗有机磷农药中毒治疗效果较阿托品好,且给药次数较少,安全性高。objective:to study the analysis e YiKui ether treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and atropine intravenous maintain and intravenous injection drug use methods and curative effect of the difference.Methods:the hospitals were collected in September 2013 to September 2015 of 60 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were admitted in the hospital,according to random number table method to the 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 30 people,give e YiKui ether and atropine respectively for treatment.Results:in the process of two groups of patients admitted to hospital,e YiKui ether treatment group drug use frequency,whole blood cholinesterase activity recovery time,coma time,symptoms disappear illness recovery time were significantly lower than atropine treatment control group,and the treatment effect is better than atropine treatment control group(P<0.05);The comparison of what is happening in the two groups of patients with adverse reactions,e YiKui ether treatment observation group 2 patients with urinary retention,2 cases of blurred vision,and no racing heart patients,significantly lower than the atropine treatment group 29 cases of racing heart patients,16 patients with urinary retention,19 patients with blurred vision(P<0.05).Conclusion:e YiKui ether treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning atropine treatment effect is good,and fewer,high safety.
