系统自我护理对喉癌手术病人效果观察

摘　　要：目的:剖析系统自我护理在喉癌手术病人中的应用价值。方法:以2015年1月至2016年12月本科接诊的喉癌手术病患84例为研究对象,利用数字抽签的方式对所选病患进行分组:A组和B组各42例。两组都施以常规护理,A组同时加用系统自我护理措施。观察两组护理后心理状态的改善情况,比较患者满意度等指标。结果:A组护理后的SAS与SDS评分均明显比B组低,P<0.05。A组的患者满意度为97.83%,明显比B组的80.95%高,P<0.05。结论:于喉癌手术病人常规护理中合理加用系统自我护理措施,有助于改善其生理状态,提高临床护理效率。Objective:to analyze the application value of systematic self-care in patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods:84 cases of laryngeal cancer patients received from January 2015 to December 2016 were studied,and the selected patients were divided into group A and group B by digital drawing.The two groups were given routine nursing,while the A group was given systematic self-care measures.The improvement of mental state of the two groups after nursing was observed,and the patients'satisfaction and other indicators were compared.Results:the scores of SAS and SDS in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of patients in group A was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than that in group P.Conclusion:systematic self-care measures in routine nursing care of laryngeal cancer patients are helpful to improve their physiological state and improve clinical nursing efficiency.
