循证护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者的影响。方法:将我院收治的110例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机等分为实验组和对照组,每组55例,对照组应用常规方法护理,实验组应用循证护理,对两组患者的满意度、疗效、住院时间、住院花费等指标进行观察统计。结果:对照组患者的满意度和疗效都低于实验组,差异有统计学意义,实验组的住院时间、住院花费都低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:循证护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者的症状疗效显著,患者比较满意,具有现实意义。Objective:to explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:our hospital 110 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus(sle)patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 55 cases,the control group,routine method is applied to nursing experimental application of evidence-based nursing,and satisfaction,curative effect in two groups of patients,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost indexes,such as the observation statistics.Results:the satisfaction and efficacy of patients in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:evidence-based nursing has significant effect on the symptoms of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
