重度脑挫伤病人临床护理干预对预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究重度脑挫伤病人临床干预对预后的影响。方法:从我院选出治疗重度脑挫伤病人48例,按照入院的先后顺序分成两组,组一24例为对照组,采用常规护理措施,组二24例为观察组,采用临床护理干预措施,对两组病人的治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行比较。方法:观察组在治疗效果上,显著优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组在并发症发生情况上,显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对重度脑挫伤病人采用护理干预措施,可有效提高治疗效果,降低患者并发症发生情况,值得临床推广。Objective:to study the effect of clinical intervention on prognosis in patients with severe cerebral contusion.Methods:chosen from our hospital treatment of 48 cases of severe cerebral contusion patients,according to the order of admission into two groups,group a 24 cases as control group,the conventional nursing measures,24 cases of group 2 as the observation group,the clinical nursing intervention measures,on two groups to compare the effect and complications of patients.Methods:the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:nursing intervention for patients with severe cerebral contusion can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
