摘 要:为研究遗留油页岩下分层开采时再生顶板的稳定性,以龙口某矿油页岩下分层开采为原型,结合前期研究工作中建立的再生顶板结构模型,铺设了对应的再生顶板相似材料试验模型,考虑不同压实时间、预留护顶厚度及注浆等因素对再生顶板稳定性的影响,模拟了下分层开采时再生顶板不同悬露跨距的冒落情况。结果表明,采用改进的相似材料配比来模拟再生顶板结构中的胶结再生带能较好地反映顶板二次破碎冒落的现象,与现场再生顶板的冒落情况相符;再生顶板下预留护顶可提升顶板的稳定性;再生顶板压实时间越长,顶板稳定性越好;注浆可促进组成再生顶板岩块的二次胶结,提升再生顶板结构的整体稳定性。To study the stability of regenerated roof while mining the retaining lower slice of oil shale,according to the original size of the stope in Longkou colliery,combined with the regenerated roof model built in preliminary work,a similar material simulation test model was built,which has vertical zoning characteristics.Considering the influence of different compaction time,top-remaining thickness and grouting,the caving conditions of regenerated with various spans were simulated.It shows that the improved similar material ratio could well simulate the caving condition of regenerated roof under the secondary mining.And which matches with the field observation.Thicker top-remaining and longer compaction could both enhance the stability of regenerated roof.Grouting could also accelerate the secondary cementation of rocks in regenerated roof,which improves the global stability of regenerated roof structure.
