摘 要:喷雾冷却具有极强的冷却能力,在电力电子设备中拥有广阔的应用前景;其传热机理一般认为与其雾化特性具有重要关联。对喷雾冷却的雾化性能进行了实验研究,总结出喷嘴口径、喷雾压力及喷雾介质对喷嘴雾化参数的影响规律。对喷嘴的雾化性能及其影响因素进行了理论分析,通过因次分析建立了喷嘴轴线处的雾滴sauter平均直径(SMD)与喷雾压力、喷嘴口径、喷雾高度、雾化介质的物性参数之间的实验关联式。结果表明,该实验关联式可以较为准确的描述轴线处的雾滴粒径的变化规律。研究结果将为喷雾冷却系统设计中喷嘴的选型、喷雾压力的设定和喷雾效果的优化提供参考。Spray cooling has a strong cooling capacity and has a broad application prospect in power electronic equipment.Its heat transfer mechanism is generally believed to have an important relationship with its atomization characteristics.The atomization performance of the pressure swirl nozzle commonly used in the spray cooling system was studied experimentally,and the influence of nozzle diameter,spray pressure and spray medium on the nozzle atomization parameters was summarized.The atomization performance and influencing factors of the nozzles were analyzed theoretically.The experiment was carried out using the factor analysis method to establish the experimental correlation between the nozzle sauter mean diameter(SMD)and the spray pressure,nozzle diameter,spray height and physical parameters of atomizing medium.The test results show that the experimental correlation can accurately describe the variation of droplet size at the axis.The research results provide reference for nozzle selection,setting of spray pressure and optimization of spray effect in spray cooling system design.
