摘  要:为解决现有研究中车辆悬挂馈能潜力存在较大差异、馈能影响因素的影响不一致,以及大多数的分析结果停留于仿真等问题,以某型军用轮式能源保障车为平台,通过建立理论模型,推导悬挂指标计算公式;并以某型履带式装甲车辆为对比,对馈能潜力及其影响因素进行仿真分析;并通过实车试验验证。结果表明:减小悬挂刚度或增加车轮刚度均有利于馈能;路面激励越大,馈能潜力越大;但同时会对乘坐舒适性造成影响。在C级及D级以上路面的部分工况下,整车可馈能功率达到百瓦级以上时,馈能更有价值;同等条件下,履带车馈能潜力为轮式车的4.374 2倍,馈能更适用于越野车、军用车及重型车辆。In order to solve the problems that there exists large difference of energy-regenerative potential of vehicle suspension in existing research,the influence of influence factors on energy-regenerative is different,and most research is still remain in simulation.Some type of military wheeled energy support vehicle was taken as platform,through building theory model,suspension indexes calculate function was deduced,and some type of tracked armored vehicle was taken as comparison,conducted simulation analysis on energy-regenerative potential and its influence factors,then tested and verified through real vehicle test.The result indicates that it is advantageous to decrease the suspension stiffness or increase the wheel stiffness.The larger the road stimulate is,the bigger the energy-regenerative potential is,but it also affects the ride comfort.Under some working conditions above road degree C and D,the energy-regenerative is more valuable when the whole vehicle potential energy-regenerative power is above hundred watt.Under the same condition,the energy-regenerative potential of tracked vehicle is 4.374 2 times of wheeled vehicle,energy-regenerative is more suitable for off-road vehicle,military vehicle and heavy vehicles.
