Analysis of Large-scale Bench Blasting Parameters for Underground Chambers in Southern District of Sijiaying Iron Mine

摘  要:针对司家营南区矿体工程地质条件,采用大结构矿房分步空场嗣后充填法开采,利用大规模爆破技术落矿以使矿山井下产能充分释放。设计了下向垂直深孔侧向微差爆破参数为:孔径102 mm,孔深30 m左右,炮孔排距2.0~2.5 m,每排分别布置7~8个炮孔。运用FLAC3D软件进行数值计算,验证了阶段爆破参数的可行性,揭示了凿岩硐室顶板及硐室间隔矿柱损伤突出,需支护加固。同时,研究了与之相适应的降震措施,以确保大规模爆破安全。Aiming at the geological conditions ol ore body in the southern district ol Sijiaying Iron M ine,a mining method ol sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling was adopted lor a large constructed room by using large-scale blasting technique,so as to fully release its capacity in the underground mining.Parameters lor the vertically downward deep-hole millisecond blasting were determined as follows:holes ol 102 mm in diameter,30 m in depth,hole array spacing at 2.0?2.5 m and 7?8 holes lor each line in the array arrangement.The lollowing numerical calculation with FLAC3D verilied the leasibility ol the parameters lor bench blasting.It is shown that there were prominent damage occurred on rool and interval pillar ol the drilled room,which need to be supported and reinlorced.Besides,the relative shock absorption measures lor blasting were discussed in order to ensure the salety in the large-scale blasting operation.
