摘 要:以石英砂为原料、钢球和短圆柱形钢段为磨矿介质,利用单一因素法分别从磨矿介质配比、磨矿介质充填率、磨矿量、磨矿浓度、磨矿时间等方面展开了磨矿试验,结果表明,短圆柱形钢段磨矿的最佳磨矿条件为:介质配比D30∶D25∶D20=43∶62∶97、介质充填率35%、磨矿量400 g、磨矿浓度60%。当磨矿6 min时,磨矿产品粒度主要以100~150μm为主,磨矿8 min后,石英砂粒度变化甚微,粒径主要集中在38μm,可见短圆柱形钢段对石英砂磨矿具有很好的选择性。With quartz sand as raw m aterial,steel balls and short cylindrical steel forgings as grinding media,grinding tests were performed by using a single factor method,in terms ol various parameters,such as proportion ratio ol grinding media,charge ratio of grinding medium,grinding capacity,pulp concentration and grinding time.Results showed that the optimum grinding conditions for using short cylindrical steel forgings were as follows:the proportion ratio for three forges of D30:D25:D20 as 4 3:6 2:9 7,the charge ratio of medium at 35%,the grinding capacity of 400 g per batch,and the pulp concentration of 60%.Particles in the sample after being m illed for 6 min were mainly distributed in 100~150(xm.However,after being m illed for 8 m in,there was no further significant reduction in grain size,and the particle size was mainly concentrated at 38um,showing that short cylindrical steel forging medium exhibited excellent selectivity in grinding quartz sand.
