摘  要:采用浊度法研究了阻垢剂氨基三甲叉磷酸(ATMPA)对模拟磷矿废水结垢物Ca SO4·2H2O的阻垢性能及作用机理。通过测定模拟废水结垢诱导时间,确定ATMPA对Ca SO4·2H2O结晶成核率、晶体形态和达到结晶临界条件下晶核参数的影响;测定试验前后Ca SO4·2H2O的Zeta电位变化,考察阻垢剂与Ca SO4·2H2O吸附作用对Ca SO4·2H2O Zeta电位的影响;利用SEM观察Ca SO4·2H2O晶体形貌变化。结果表明,随着ATMPA用量增加,Ca SO4·2H2O结晶诱导时间由14 min延长到169 min,表面能和成核率降低,Zeta电位由正电位逐渐减小至负电位。ATMPA使Ca SO4·2H2O结晶临界晶核半径由6.1×10-8cm增大到6.5×10-8cm,激光粒度分析结果映证了ATMPA改变晶体粒度组成,使Ca SO4·2H2O的晶格产生了畸变,晶体从有规则致密结构的针状晶体变为松软扁平状的不定型晶体。The inhibition performance and mechanism ol aminotri-methyiene phosphonic acid(ATMPA)lor the scale(CaS04·2H20)caused by the simulated phosphate ore flotation wastewater were investigated by nephelometry.The effect of ATMPA on the nucleation rate of CaS04·2H20 crystallization,crystalline morphology and nucleation parameters under the critical conditions was determined by measuring the induced time of scale in simulated flotation wastewater.Based on measuring Zeta potential variation of CaS04·2H20 before and after the test,the effect of ATMPA adsorption on CaS04·2H20 on the Zeta potential of CaS04·2H20 was investigated,and the crystalline morphology of CaS04·2H20 was also observed using scanning electron microscope.Results showed that by increasing the addition of ATMPA,the inducing time for the crystallization of CaS04·2H20 was prolonged from 14 min to 169 m in,the surface energy and nucleation rate were decreased,also the Zeta potential turned gradually from positive to the negative.It is found that as for the critical nucleus in CaS04·2H20 crystal growth,the nucleus radius increased from 6.1X10-8cm to 6.5X10-8cm.The laser grain size analysis result also identified that ATMPA changed the crystal grain size compositions,resulting in the distortion of CaS04·2H20 crystal lattice.The acicular crystal with regular compact structure was turned to be a soft and tabular crystal with indefinite form.
