摘  要:对铜钴硫化物精矿进行了氧压浸出工艺研究。结果表明,在温度180℃、氧分压600 k Pa、液固比4、反应时间2 h的浸出条件下,铜浸出率99%,钴浸出率98.5%,硫浸出率98%。氧压浸出工艺具有铜钴浸出率高、浸出过程硫酸根平衡较好、不产生明显过剩硫酸、浸出后液易于处理等优点。An experiment was conducted lor oxygen pressure leaching of Cu-Co sulfide concentrate at a temperature of 180^,with partial pressure of oxygen at 600 kPa,liquid-solid mass ratio at 4.Alter 2 hours of reaction,leaching rates of copper,cobalt and sulfur were 9 9%,98.5%and 9 8%,respectively.It is shown that the oxygen pressure leaching process can result in a high copper and cobalt leaching rates and a good sulfate radical balance without an obvious excess of sulfuric acid.Besides,the leaching solution is easy for further treatment.
