摘 要:以壳聚糖作为碳源和氮源、聚苯乙烯(PS球)为模板,采用一步热解法得到蜂窝状结构的氮掺杂有序多孔碳材料。SEM观察表明,与未添加模板剂得到的氮掺杂碳材料相比,添加了模板剂得到的氮掺杂多孔碳材料出现明显的有序蜂窝结构。电化学性能测试结果显示,该蜂窝状氮掺杂有序碳材料的起始电位(0.91 V)、半波电位(0.77 V)与极限电流密度(3.6 m A/cm2)有明显提高。氧还原电催化性能的提高可能是由于加入PS球模板剂之后产生的蜂窝状结构显著增大了比表面积,同时促进了传质作用,方便产物的脱附,并且提高了碳材料的缺陷程度。A nitrogen-doped carbon material with a honeycomb structure was synthesized with one-step pyrolysis process by using chitosan as C source and N source,and polystyrene(PS spheres)as the template.Scanning electron microscope images indicated that the obtained N-doped carbon material by using PS template exhibited the ordered honeycomb structure,compared with that without template.Electrochemical performance test showed that onset potential(0.91 V),hall-wave potential(0.77 V)and lim iting current density(3.6 mA/cm2)of such N-doped carbon material with honeycomb structure had greatly enhanced.The significant improvement of electrocatalytic activities was probably attributed to the generated honeycomb structure after using PS.It can not only remarkably increase the specific surface area and promote the mass transfer effect,thus facilitating the product desorption,but also enhance the defect level ol carbon materials.
