摘　　要：目的观察头针久留针配合Brunnstrom分期电针治疗对卒中后偏瘫患者步行能力及生存质量的影响。方法将120例卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。两组均进行常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用头针久留针配合Brunnstrom分期电针治疗,对照组采用常规头针配合电针治疗。观察两组治疗前后下肢临床痉挛指数(CSI)、10 m步行时间(10MWT)、改良Barthel评分(MBI)及脑卒中影响量表(SIS)评分的变化情况。结果两组治疗4、8周后CSI评分、10MWT、MBI评分及SIS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4、8周后CSI评分、10MWT、MBI评分及SIS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针久留针配合Brunnstrom分期电针能有效改善卒中后偏瘫患者的步行能力及生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture with long needle-retaining duration plus electroacupuncture by Brunnstrom stage on ambulation ability and quality of life in post-stroke hemiplegia.Method One hundred and twenty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were randomized to observation and control groups,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.In addition,the treatment group was intervened by scalp acupuncture with long needle-retaining duration plus electroacupuncture by Brunnstrom stage,while the control group was intervened by conventional scalp acupuncture plus electroacupuncture.Lower-limb clinic spasticity index(CSI),10-meter walk test(10MWT),modified Barthel index(MBI)and stroke impact scale(SIS)in the two groups were observed before and at the end of treatment.Result CSI score,10MWT score,MBI score and SIS score showed a significant change after 4-week and 8-week treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).After 4-week and 8-week treatment,CSI score,10MWT score,MBI score and SIS score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture with long needle-retaining duration plus electroacupuncture by Brunnstrom stage can effectively improve the ambulation ability and quality of life in the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.
