摘　　要：目的分析针刺为主干预在恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用价值,探讨其增加机体免疫及减轻不良反应的作用。方法80例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予化疗结合西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺治疗,两组患者均在化疗结束后实施干预治疗。观察两组临床症状积分、卡氏评分、白细胞总数以及免疫球蛋白变化。结果观察组治疗后的临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后卡氏评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后卡氏评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后卡氏评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白细胞总数以及免疫球蛋白含量与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞总数以及免疫球蛋白含量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺介入在恶性肿瘤患者化疗治疗中的应用,能够显著减少患者临床不良反应发生率,改善患者生活质量,并对化疗后常见的免疫抑制状态,起到明显改善作用。Objective To analyze the application value of acupuncture as main intervention in chemotherapy for malignant tumors and explore its efficacy in improving bodily immunity and reducing adverse reactions.Method Eighty patients with malignant tumors were randomized to observation and control groups,40 cases each.The control group received chemotherapy plus Western medical treatment and the observation group,acupuncture in addition.Therapeutic interventions were made in the two groups after the completion of chemotherapy.The clinical symptom score and the KPS score were recorded,white blood cells were counted and immunoglobulins were measured in the two groups.Result Post-treatment clinical symptom score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the KPS score in the observation group(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the KPS score in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the KPS score between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the total white blood cell count and immunoglobulin contents in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the total white blood cell count and immunoglobulin contents between the observation and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture intervention in chemotherapy for malignant tumors can significantly decrease the clinical incidence of adverse reactions in the patients,improve their quality of life and reduce post-chemotherapy immunosuppression.
