摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合药熨治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将100例女性乳腺增生病患者,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组采用针刺配合药熨治疗,对照组口服乳癖消片。观察两组治疗前后肿块、疼痛和伴随症状评分的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为80.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后乳房的肿块、疼痛和伴随症状评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);两组治疗后肿块、疼痛和伴随症状评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合药熨治疗乳腺增生病,能有效改善患者临床症状,效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medicinal compress in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.Method One hundred female patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland were randomized into a treatment group of 50 cases and a control group of 50 cases.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus medicinal compress,while the control group received oral administration of Ru Pi Xiao tablet.Before and after the treatment,the size of lump,pain and accompanied symptom scores were evaluated,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 92.0%in the treatment group,significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups both had significant improvements in the size of lump,and pain and accompanied symptom scores(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the size of lump,and pain and accompanied symptom scores between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus medicinal compress can effectively improve symptoms and produce significant efficacy in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.
