经皮穴位电刺激联合中药治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穴位电刺激联合桂枝加葛根汤加味治疗肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)临床疗效。方法 80例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组采用经皮穴位电刺激联合桂枝加葛根汤加味治疗,对照组采用单独桂枝加葛根汤加味治疗。观察两组治疗前后肩部疼痛指数评分、肩关节活动范围评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后肩部疼痛指数评分较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后肩部疼痛指数评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肩关节活动范围评分较同组治疗前上升(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肩关节活动范围评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组愈显率为72.5%,对照组愈显率为50.0%,观察组愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床采用经皮穴位电刺激联合桂枝加葛根汤加味治疗肩周炎,能降低患者肩部疼痛,扩大肩关节活动范围,能有效改善肩周炎症状,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation plus modified cinnamon and kudzu root decoction in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method Eighty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomized to observation and control groups,40 cases each.The observation group was treated with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation plus modified cinnamon and kudzu root decoction and the control group,with modified cinnamon and kudzu root decoction alone.The shoulder pain index score and the shoulder activity score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The shoulder pain index score decreased in both groups after treatment compared with before(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the shoulder pain index score between the two groups(P<0.05).The shoulder activity score increased in both groups after treatment compared with before(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder activity score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The cure and marked efficacy rate was 72.5%in the observation group,higher than 50.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation plus modified cinnamon and kudzu root decoction can alleviate the patients’shoulder pain,increase the shoulder activity score and relieve the symptoms of scapulohumeral periarthritis.It has a marked therapeutic effect and a higher clinical value.
