通督调神针刺法治疗缺血性中风的研究进展

摘　　要：文章旨在介绍许能贵教授提出的"督脉为脑脉、主治脑腑疾病"的学术思想,阐发通督调神针刺法治疗缺血性中风的理论基础、临床研究及机制研究。笔者认为通督调神针刺法在临床上治疗中风病及其后遗症疗效显著,应进行进一步的临床研究和应用。This article aimed to introduce the academic theory brought up by Prof.XU Neng-gui that the Governor Vessel is a meridian of the brain so that it can treat brain-related diseases.It also elucidated the theoretical foundation,clinical research and mechanism study of Tong Du Tiao Shen needling method(an acupuncture method to unblock the Governor Vessel and regulate the mind)in treating ischemic stroke.We believe that Tong Du Tiao Shen needling method can produce significant efficacy for stroke diseases and the sequelae,and thus is worth further study and application in clinic.
