高压氧联合药物治疗慢性噪声性听力损伤并发的耳鸣效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究高压氧联合药物治疗慢性噪声性听力损伤并发的耳鸣的效果。方法选取58例以耳鸣为第一主诉的耳鸣患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者采取单纯药物治疗的方式,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用高压氧治疗,治疗1个月后,记录两组治疗前后1周内出现耳鸣的次数及耳鸣时间并进行对比,并使用耳鸣致残量表(tinnitus handicap inventorg,THI)对两组治疗有效率进行评估对比。结果 (1)治疗1个月后两组患者1周耳鸣时间及耳鸣次数均明显下降,且实验组低于对照组;(2)PTA测定,实验组治疗有效率55.17%(16/29)高于对照组37.93%(11/29)(P<0.05)。结论采用高压氧联合药物治疗的方式能够显著改善并发于慢性噪声性听力损伤的耳鸣患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy in the treatment of Chronic noise-induced hearing impairment.Methods 58 patients of tinnitus patients with tinnitus as the first complaint were selected as subjects and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with simple drug therapy.Patients in the experimental group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment.the number of tinnitus and tinnitus time were recorded and compared within two weeks before and after treatment.Using tinitus handicap inventorg(THI)was to assess and compare the effectiveness of the two groups;Results One week's tinnitus time and the number of tinnitus were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,and the tinnitus time and the number of tinnitus were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 55.17%(16/29),higher than the control group 37.93%(11/29)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic noise-induced hearing impairment complication tinnitus treatment,the effect is certain.
