摘  要:人工耳蜗植入已开展多年,目前仍无可靠的方法评估脑干以上听觉通路的功能。电刺激诱发中潜伏期反应是一种以电刺激为诱发形式的听觉诱发电位,与人工耳蜗植入术后言语康复效果有一定的相关性。本文旨在介绍其研究进展,为后续的研究提供理论基础。Cochlear implantation has been performed for many years,but there is still no reliable way to predict and evaluate the effect of cochlear implantation preoperatively.Electrically evoked middle latency response is a form of electrical stimulation induced evoked potential.At present,preliminary studies have shown that there is a certain correlation between electrically evoked middle latency response and speech rehabilitation effects after cochlear implantation.This paper aims to introduce its research progress and provide a theoretical basis for further research.
