普通照明用自镇流LED灯闪烁指数测量方法不确定度分析

摘　　要：通过测量普通照明用自镇流LED灯的闪烁指数,计算得到了相应10次测量的平均值。建立了闪烁指数的数学模型,分析了测试过程中存在的不确定度来源,量化了不确定度分量,求出了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。By measuring the scintillation index of self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting,the average values of the corresponding 10 measurements are calculated.The mathematical model of scintillation index is established,and the sources of uncertainty in the testing process are analyzed,the components of uncertainty are quantified,and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained.
